Pet Policy
A Pet-Friendly Community
Woodway Garden Townhomes is a pet-friendly community, and we welcome both cats and dogs — up to two pets per home. To keep the community comfortable and safe for every resident and their animals, all pets are subject to the guidelines below, and every household completes a pet screening prior to move-in.
Pet Screening
Every resident — pet owner or not — completes an Animal/Pet Screening Application through our screening partner, PetScreening. Each animal profile requires the animal’s name, a photo, current vaccination records, and microchip information (if applicable). Residents without pets complete a no-pet profile at no cost.
Pet Fees & Rent

Breed Restrictions
In line with standard insurance and liability requirements — not any judgment of an individual animal — the following breeds and mixes of them are restricted. Approved assistance animals are excluded from this list.
- Pit Bull breeds (American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, etc.)
- Rottweiler
- Akita
- Mastiff / Bullmastiff breeds
- Alaskan Malamute
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Siberian Husky
- Chow Chow
- Wolf Hybrid
- Great Dane
- Presa Canario
- Cane Corso
Assistance Animals
Assistance animals are not pets. They are reasonably accommodated for any lease holder or occupant and are exempt from pet fees, pet rent, breed restrictions, and PetScreening charges. Assistance animal profiles are completed through the same PetScreening application at no cost, and require a signed letter from a qualified professional establishing need. Please contact the leasing office regarding any reasonable accommodation request.

In-Home Features in Select Homes
Inside, practical comforts come standard — ceiling fans, tile flooring, and generous closet space. Select homes add full-size washer and dryer units or hookups, granite countertops, walk-in closets, built-in bookcases, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, private patios, study or den areas, and attached garages. Because features vary by floor plan, our team will help you find the right fit in 77063.
